Questions
Can night-shift staff do the training?
Yes. Lessons are short cards that work on any phone, and Classbase installs like an app. Live briefings can repeat for each shift.
Does Classbase help with CBAHI or JCI surveys?
It helps keep the training evidence these surveys ask for: who completed which course and when, test scores, certificates with their codes and attendance. Classbase holds no accreditation or certification from either body.
Who approves what the AI writes?
Your educators. The AI drafts modules from your policy, and a person keeps or discards each one and publishes. Staff see nothing before that.
What happens when a policy changes?
Edit the draft and publish a new version. Staff who finished stay finished, staff in progress get the new cards, and version history keeps the earlier ones.
What if a nurse fails the test?
The Learners tab shows why someone is stuck: waiting for grading, must pass the test, out of attempts or overdue. An educator can give another attempt in one click.
How do certificates renew?
Each certificate is valid for the period you set, for example 12 months. When it expires, Classbase enrolls the person again and reminds them by email and in the app.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen is in Arabic (fully right to left), English and Turkish, and the AI translates courses with a glossary per course and per organization.
