Questions
Can each department have its own onboarding?
Yes. Build onboarding as a program whose sections open on day 1, after a week or on a date. A smart group such as “Department is Sales and joined this year” enrolls each new joiner in the right one.
Which compliance courses can it run?
Any you have a policy for: code of conduct, information security, anti-bribery, data protection, health and safety. The AI drafts each from your own documents, with a final test, a pass mark and a certificate that renews.
Who approves what the AI writes?
Your L&D or compliance team. The AI drafts modules from your policy, and a person keeps or discards each one and publishes. Staff see nothing before that.
Do managers still have to chase people?
No. Automations act when someone falls behind, a course is due soon or overdue, or a test is failed, and remind by email and in the app. Approvals, daily caps and quiet hours keep it in check.
Can the AI do the admin work?
Within the limits you set. Ask the copilot to enroll a group, set a due date or pull a report, and it uses the same actions as the buttons. For each kind of action you choose Do it, Ask first or Never.
Does Classbase help with audits?
It helps keep the training evidence auditors ask for: who completed which course and when, test scores, certificates with their codes and attendance. Classbase holds no certification of its own.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen is in Arabic (fully right to left), English and Turkish, and the AI translates courses with a glossary per course and per organization.
