Questions

Does Classbase make us compliant?

No software can do that on its own. Classbase is designed to support your compliance program: it assigns and tracks the training, renews certificates and keeps the records. What counts as compliant is set by your regulator and your own policies.

What happens when a certificate expires?

If renewal is on for the course, the person is enrolled again before it expires (from 0 to 90 days before, as you choose) and told by email and in the app. If it runs out anyway, they show as expired until they pass again.

Can an auditor check a certificate without an account?

Yes. Each certificate carries a short code and a QR code that open a public check page. It shows whether the certificate is valid or revoked.

Who can see the compliance records?

Owners and admins see everyone. Instructors see only the learners in their groups. Authors and learners don’t see the compliance page.
