FAQ

Questions

Do I have to build automations from scratch?

No. Three come ready to switch on: nudge people who fall behind, re-enroll after a failed test, and tell the manager about overdue compliance training. They start switched off, so nothing happens until you turn them on.

Who is “the manager” in an automation?

The instructors of the person’s groups. If their groups have no instructor, the organization’s owners and admins hear instead.

Can the copilot write an automation for me?

Yes. Describe it in plain words and the copilot drafts it. By default it asks before saving, and AI clients connected over MCP cannot create automations at all.

Can an automation flood people with messages?

No. Together, automations nudge one person at most once a day, nothing starts during quiet hours (9 pm to 7 am unless you change them), and you set daily limits on runs and AI spend. One switch turns every automation off.
