Questions
Does Classbase help with regulator inspections?
It helps keep the training evidence inspections and internal audit ask for: who completed which course and when, test scores, certificates with their codes and attendance. Classbase holds no licence, approval or certification from any regulator.
What happens when a new circular comes out?
Upload it and the AI drafts the changes. Edit the draft and publish a new version: staff who finished stay finished, staff in progress get the new cards, and version history keeps the earlier ones.
How do we know staff understood, not just clicked?
The final test draws from a question pool, with a pass mark, attempts and a time limit, and the AI tutor is locked. Role-plays and written answers are graded on your criteria, and a follow-up test after N days checks what stuck.
Can contractors take the same training?
Yes. Invite them by email and add them to a group. They get the same courses, tests and certificates, appear in the same reports, and see only the Learn side.
Can the AI publish a course on its own?
Only if you allow it. For each kind of action you choose Do it, Ask first or Never, the server enforces it, and every AI run is logged. A person on your compliance team keeps or discards each drafted module and publishes.
How do certificates renew?
Each certificate is valid for the period you set, for example 12 months. When it expires, Classbase enrolls the person again and reminds them by email and in the app.
Does it fit our identity systems?
Yes. Single sign-on with OIDC or SAML, Require SSO for your domain, and SCIM 2.0 from Okta or Entra ID keeps users and groups in step.
