FAQ

Questions

What happens if I change a program after people start?

Everyone in it moves on under the new outline. A section that has opened for someone stays open, even if you change its rule later.

Do learners get reminded to review?

Once a day at most, and only when questions are due and they have not reviewed yet that day. Each person can turn the reminder off, and you can switch review off per course.

Can managers see skills across the team?

Yes. The “Skills across the team” report shows average mastery by skill, course and group. Instructors see their own groups’ learners, and each learner sees their own skills.

Do program events reach our record store?

Yes. A program being given, each section opening and the program being completed are learning events. They count in Insights and go to your Learning Record Store as xAPI statements when you connect one.

How does daily review work?

Questions a learner answered come back five a day by default, about three minutes. A right answer moves a question to a longer wait and a wrong one starts it over, with returns after 1, 3, 7, 16 and 35 days. There are no points, streaks or timers.
